Meet Anita

Anita Greenwood is an International Executive Coach dedicated to advancing high-impact, powerhouse leaders who deliver results and obtain the success they aspire to while leading and inspiring others.

A former Fortune 500 global Sales and Marketing executive whose career spans London, Paris, New York, and Kansas, Anita left her successful corporate career to build a top-level coaching company dedicated to supporting executives and their teams. She specializes in helping high-potential leaders navigate pivotal career shifts and get and keep their first seat at an Executive Leadership table.

Anita leverages her extensive global professional experience and coach training to empower high achievers to become powerhouse leaders who use their power to drive positive impact. The only woman in the room for years, Anita navigated her career ascension with experimentation and determination. Her professional peaks and valleys and real-life learnings of success while raising a family enabled her to create a fast-track growth system to accelerate high-potential leader and team development, retain diverse talent, and avoid dropout and burnout.

Anita has multiple certifications, including International Coach Federation-certified PCC coach, Amazing Career coach, 3 Brains Coach, Adaptive Leadership teacher, and Team Advantage Group Coach.

A firm believer in the infinite potential of every person to be a powerhouse leader, no matter where they come from or what they have experienced, Anita has been a featured speaker at many leadership conferences where she passionately speaks about “Inner Power Lifting,” “Playing with the boys” and “Avoiding the top 3 risks high potential leaders face.”

Anita coaches and delivers training in English and French for corporations, non-profits, and private clients worldwide. 

Balancing Career & Family

Born in the UK, Anita grew up with a healthy dose of determination. She believed she could be anything if she worked hard enough and persevered long enough. She wanted a global business career and to live abroad. She also wanted to be a Mother. She never allowed herself not to believe it was possible.

Today, after working in over twenty countries, she lives in the United States, her third country of residence. She is the CEO of her own company and enjoys being fully present in the lives of her three amazing young adult children, whom she encourages to believe that anything is possible.

When she’s not working, you can find Anita pushing her limits at Orange Theory Fitness, performing with her dance troupe, or being walked by her Great Pyrenees and Golden Retriever.
