HOW IT STARTED
The higher she rose in the career she loved, the greater the pressures our founder experienced, and the less she felt she could discuss her challenges with others. Experiencing the power of executive coaching rocked her world. She knew if she’d had that support earlier, she would have been better equipped to navigate her career. She decided to create for others what she had needed, but not had. She went back to school, became an Executive Coach, and created Powerhouse Leaders.

A strong advocate for women and future leaders throughout her corporate career, our founder, Anita truly believes support systems are essential to facilitating greater career success for senior-level leaders, helping them be more strategic, better navigate challenging relationships, and reduce overwhelm. Over the last ten years, Powerhouse Leaders has enabled many women to stay the course to the top, even overcoming setbacks and burnout to achieve their goals.
