Women encounter gender-specific challenges in their career ascension and continue to be promoted at lower rates than men. Most don’t make it to the C-Suite, dropping off at the Director and VP levels.
This program provides strategies and support systems that equip women with what they need to navigate and transition from tactical manager to people leader and develop C-Suite-ready executive presence.

With a constantly evolving business landscape, executives must confidently lead and skillfully combine strategic vision with effective execution to deliver results. The higher you get, the lonelier you can get. When you have tough challenges to navigate, finding the support you need can be difficult, especially when you’re the ‘only’ and a woman.
PowerPacks are peer groups of 8-12 growth-minded executives who share a passion for their business, a mutual desire for success, and a willingness to collaborate on difficult challenges and new opportunities. Together, they build success strategies, support systems, and industry alliances that deliver company results.
